A) For 1st Year i.e. 12 months Note :- B) For 2nd year, rate will be 5% more than the Quoted rate of 1st year (i.e. rate of first year X 1.05), C) For 3rd year, rate will be 5% more than that of 2nd year (i.e. rate of first year X 1.05 X 1.05) & D) Interested bidders may quote its best offer for minimum area of 31790 sqft. The condition of minimum area requirement must be fulfilled. If area offered is more than 31,790 sqft, payment will be made for 31,790 sqft area only.
