3Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hold fast block, filling in pressed steel chowkats including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar, area exceeding 150 sqcm but not exceeding 400 sqcm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
6Material and labour rolled mild steel in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-W ( Grade-E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
7Supply and fixing framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
8Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of fire resistant paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chromeprimerincluding cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removingalldrops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chromeprimerincluding cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removingalldrops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Supply and fixedPre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatedsteel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

13Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14Removal of surplus soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
15Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.)
16Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
17M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18Material and labour Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-25 (Design mix), as in footing, plinth beams and columns below GL and like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The Items may required to be done in patches also.Contractor shall have no extra claim on this account.

44Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube rod, light fixtures, driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
45Supply, fixing/laying, testing, connecting and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor in ducts etc including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceiling / walls without cable duct) as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 46Material and labour laying well burnt old sizebricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
