| 1 | Providing, fitting and testing of tap changer rotary switch/ regulator of voltage stabilizer of nominal size 18 sq. inch. The job includes removal of damaged old rotary and replacement of same by new one. |
| 2 | Providing and Replacement of copper contact point sets on regulator plate (01 set of 18 Nos.). The job also includes providing and fitting of 300 sq mm copper thimbles (as per sample) for connecting and terminating copper cable duly crimped (18 Nos.) |
| 3 | Repairs to 400KVA Voltage stabilizer by means of disconnecting of all cables and removing the stabilizer from the circuit. The job includes mechanical transportation, loading, carriage in a private vehicle up to the workshop and unloading the same. The job includes dismantling of stabilizer, removing of all incoming and outgoing connections, taking out of damaged copper legs (02 Nos. with total copper weight of around 84 Kgs) after removal of core, draining of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling. The job includes rewinding burnt/ damaged windings of voltage stabilizer coil assembly using superior quality copper wire of proper gauge as per requirement with superior insulation. The job includes assembling of voltage stabilizer and carriage back to site, loading/ unloading and testing at full load. (The unserviceable scrap copper windings shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates). |
| 4 | Servicing/ repair of 350/ 400 KVA voltage stabilizers by means of checking connections, cleaning and de-rusting of contact points in rotary switches (by using De-rust X) chemical and other necessary preventive/ corrective maintenance for smooth functioning of stabilizers. |
| 5 | Servicing/ repair of 325 HP Starter panel by means of checking internal wiring, cleaning of contact points in contactors and testing of contactors by providing of necessary internal wiring and other circuitry as per sample for successful operation of the starter |
| 6 | The job also includes complete rewinding of 5HP horizontal vacuum motor (approx. 4.5 Kg copper) by way of using insulated copper wire of appropriate gauge and quality as per sample after dismantling of damaged winding. Associated items like crimpled paper, sleeves, PVC paper, varnish etc. to be provided. Scrap shall be the property of the firm and has been deducted from the estimated price. |

The job also includes providing of electrically insulated safety glove (02 No.) and safety shoe (02 pairs) suitable for working with HT 33KV. |
