Matta Rice ada with food grade specification. Should be made of good quality boiled rice. Made by traditional method of grinding rice, making rice paste, cooking, cooled, drying & pulverize into suitable size of flakes. Maximum moisture level of dried ada shall be of 7%. Flakes shall be of 4mm size and in uniform for each load. Ada shall be possess good soakability. Ada shall be free from dust and other foreign matters. Free from any off flavors. Shall be fresh item. Each package shall have a batch code and nutritional fact details with manufacturing date and month, etc. Air tight bags shall be used for packing rice ada. Supply shall be within 15 days of manufacture from the factory.
