Ensure That The Workmen Engaged Are Working In Hygienic Condition And The Personal Health And Safety Of The Workmen Is Taken Care Of At All The Times. D. The Workmen Are Engaged For The Stipulated Timings As Per The Factories Act & Rules. E. The Workmen Shall Wear Clean Protective Clothes And Maintain Pleasant Appearance ( Clean Shoes / Shaven Face / Cropped Hair ) . Special Terms And Conditions: A. Termination For Default: The Purchaser May, Without Prejudice To Any Other Remedy For Breach Of Contract, By Written Notice Of Default Sent To The Supplier, Terminate This Contract In Whole Or In Part- A. If The Supplier Fails To Deliver Any Or All Of The Goods / Service Within The Time Period ( S ) Specified In The Contract, Or Any Extension Thereof Granted By The Purchaser. B. If The Supplier Fails To Perform Any Other Obligation ( S ) Under The Contract; Or C. If The Supplier, In Either Of The Above Circumstances Does Not Rectify / Remedy Its Failure Within A Period Of 30 Days ( Or Such Longer Period As The Purchaser May Authorize In Writing ) After Receipt Of The Default Notice From The Purchaser. In The Event The Purchaser Terminates The Contract In Whole Or In Part, The Purchaser May Procure, Upon Such Terms And In Such Manner As It Deems Appropriate; Goods Similar To Those Undelivered And The Supplier Shall Be Liable To The Purchaser For Any Excess Costs For Such Similar Goods And Services B. The Job Shall Be Including Of All The Below Mentioned : 1 ) Conduction Of Stability Testing Of The Entire Plant Along With Calculation Of Residual Life Index. The Same Has To Be Approved By The Chief Inspector Of Factories, Jharkhand. The Cost Against This Item Shall Have To Be Written Against Line Item 1 Of The Price Bid. 2 ) Drawing Preparation Of The Entire Plant. Separate Drawings Shall Be Prepared For Plan View, Elevation View, Cross-Section View And Isometric View. All Of These Have To Be Approved By The Chief Factory Inspector, Jharkhand. The Price Against This Shall Be Written Against Line Item 2 Of The Price Bid. 3 ) Amendment Of Occupier In Factory License And Approval By Chief Factory Inspector, Jharkhand 4 ) Approval Of On-Site And Off-Site Erdmp Plan Of Bpcl Ranchi Depot Which Has Been Certified By The Pngrb Approved Vendor In March 2021.
