17Supply and fixing Pressure Vacuum Valves of 2 inches for fixing to the Vent Pipes of Underground MS tanks. The valve should be in closed position at normal operating pressure of the tank. The Valve shall be capable for activation at set pressure of 3\" ± 0.5 water column to release excess pressure of tank to the atmosphere and open at vacuum of 8\" ± 2.0 water column to induce the atmosphere pressure to the tank. PV valve should be diaphragm of dead weight or spring loadedtype or combination of any. The weight of the PV valve shall not exceed 2.0 kg. top of the valve shall be provided with cover/cap/ weather hood to prevent the entry of rain water. Valve material,Coverand adopter shall be of Aluminium/polypropylene, diaphragm if used should be of Neoprene, O ring should be of rubber/neoprene, Net/Mesh Pressure puppet ,Vacuum puppet,screws and spring should be of stainless steel. Suitable adopter with one end fitted with valve and the other end should have threading for fixing on Vent pipe of 40mm. PV valves shall have: UL 842 certification of CARB approval or test certificate from any Govt.lab. PV valve shall have PESO approval.

55Supply and Laying of 50 mm dia single wall flexible piping system comprising of Non-metallic HDPE (flexible) pipelines as per IOCL specifications and with manufacturer supplied fittings including all bends, tees, elbows, reducers, end connectors at DU & tank side etc and as required for complete underground piping job. The joints in the pipelines, except the end connections at tanks and dispensers shall be made by electro-fusion welding. The pipes shall be suitable for use with petroleum and ethanol blended fuels. The maximum operating pressure shall be 7Kg/sq.cm. Note: The make of HDPE Pipe should be CCOE approved. Pressure testing shall be done before the final backfilling. The civil works for installation viz. excavation, sand filling& back filling etc. shall be paid seperately. All metallic parts in the piping system shall be grounded as per the requirements of EN14125.

99PANEL BOARDS AND DISTRIBUTION BOARDS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type power and motor control centre panel fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel undergone 7 tank process,dust & vermin proof, floor mounting type, suitable for indoor use having cable entry from the bottom and having following specific components complete, control wiring etc. as per enclosed standard drawing. Any other components/hardware required to complete the panels but not mentioned here shall also be provided. Note: Both incomers should have mechanical interlock for proper & safe operation. The MCCB used for incomer feeder shall have short circuit, overload and earthfault protection and also shunt coil for ESD operation. The Bus Bar support shall be DMC/ SMC/Epoxy moulded. All equipment/components shall be mounted logically to have free access for maintenance, tightening of connections & visual inspection. All the metering equipment shall be Digital & mounted on the panel and size of meter shall be 96 mm x 96 mm. The Bus Bar shall be provided with heat shrunk PVC sleeves & all power terminals shall be stud type with properly shrouding to avoid accidental contact. Neoprene type gasket shall be provided at the doorof the panel. The enclosure of the Panel shall have IP52 degree of protection. 2 Nos earth terminal shall be provided at the Panel frame with extension link for earthing connections. Painting:The under surface shall be prepared by applying a coat of phosphate paint and coat of yellow zinc chromate primer. The under surface shall be made free from all imperfections before undertaking the finishing coat. After preparation of the under surface, the switchboard shall be spray painted with two coats of epoxy based final paint or shall be powder coated. Colour shade of final paint shall be RAL 7032.

The LED driver shall have an in-built high voltage cutoff >= 290 V with power factor of complete fitting greater than 0.90. CCT (Correlated Colour temperature) shall be in the range of 5665 K +/- 355 K as per ANSI standard C78.377, CRI (Colour rendering index) should include all colour range from R1 to R15 and > 70 for outdoor luminaire. LED efficacy shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt @ 350mA drive current. The minimum system lumen efficacy of the luminaire shall be 100 Lumens per Watt. The Surge Protection Device (SPD) should be series type with fail safe, surge protection for minimum 3kV shall be provided. Supply of complete fitting with all accessories as per specification attached and as per direction of engineer in charge. Each lot of fittings shall accompany test certificates LM79/ IS:16106 and reference/ batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of minimum 60 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminaire etc.
