Clearing through UPVC coil pipe and laying same with coupler and cement solvent joint (PVC coupler and solvent cement to be issued at free of cost from the department)
6Clearing of diposited iron inside of laid CI/DI pipe line of different dia (150 mm/100 mm / 125 mm) and dismantling including trenching, refilling for every 100.00 mtr laid pipe line of required width and depth, cutting for every 100.00 mtr pipe iron throug PVC coil pipe after clearing washing and laying the same with rubber gusket pipe layed joint as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Pig lead will be issued by the department at free of cost but rubber gusket and other T&P will be arranged by the agency)
7Repairing of leakage caused to damaged of lead joint for C.I pipes C.I specials in/c excavation of earth required upto 1.80m depth cutting of bitumen road /WBM road (up to two or more layer, each layer of 30cm average depth) in/c dewatering side protection and making the same with existing materials etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge(lead will issued by the department at free of cost). i) 150 mm dia
8Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including exacavation for sockets, dressing of sides where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500 mm (slope-1 in 200)including getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per Chapter -2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in -charge.
