Name of Work: REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT TO EXTERNAL SURFACE FINISHES USING MECHANISED EQUIPMENTS AT CERTAIN OFFICER MD ACCN AND OTM ACCNS UNDER GE(EAST) LUCKNOW.

2	M&L forcement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm, over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete andsanding of the putty surface with machanical wall sander (having mechancial vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by authorised persen as per the following steps :- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer"s specification and mix it with Putty mixerwith the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application finishing the surface even and smooth in level wihtout ant undulations.Step3) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the putty surface. Note:- The complete execution of items and machinary used shall be as per manufacturer"s specification. However, the min for items No. 01, 02, 03 & 04 criteria as specified above have to be met.
3	M&L forone coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes complete all as specified and directed
4	M&L forwater based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colourwith silicon additive & Color stay technology, excellent dirt Pick up resistance ofwith low VOC less than 50, antifungal/algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer"s specification applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machinehaving an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.
5	Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including taking down tiles wherever required including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

8	Notes:- Applicable for above item No 1 to 4. The work and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the followings.
