3Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
5Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

18Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes

21Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
22Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) :
2315 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
2412 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
25Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

RO oressure tube, (iv) 02 nos RO membrane, Size 40X 40make :- Dow/ filmtec/ Hydronautics & equiv. (v) Mineral dosing system:- (a) 01 set pump, make E-Dose/equiv, type electronoc diaphragm (b) 01 tank capacity 50 ltr, (vi) 01 nos online TDS & conductivity meter (digital), (vii)03 nos. pressure meter (viii) 02 nos Rota meter (ix) 02 nos low pressure & high switch (x)01 nos electrical panel with indicator light, Amp. meter, volt meter, 8 & on-off switch, (xi) UPVC pipe line and SS box & angle. Submit the water test report to this office. After installatation & commissioning, submit the water test report to this office.
44Supplying , installation , commissioning and trial run ( for 03 months ) of Water Treatment unit for removal of Iron and Arsenic below permissible limit as per IS : 10500 - 2012 including supply of all required media (vessels design for latest IS codes with minimum 3 mm thick), Food grade epoxy coating inside , outside Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make , all necessary 25 mm dia . G.I. pipeline ( medium duty ) , valves , 02 bib cocks fitted after each tretment unit to collect water sample for testing , meters and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specification and drawing and direction of the EIC. Quantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly . Treatment unit size :1. Oxidation chamber : 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth ( 1 no . ).2. Pre Filtration unit : 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth ( 1 no . )3. Arsenic treatment unit : 350 mm dia X 1200 mm depth + 250 mm dia X 1200 mm depth. 4. Backwash chamber : 500 mm dia X 1200 mm depth ( 1 no . ) 5. UV treatment unit of adequate capacity. Adsorption capacity of Arsenic media should not be less than 45 g Arsenic per kg of Arsenic Media ( dry weight ). After installatation & commissioning, submit the water test report to this office.
