3Dismantling of prestressed/Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 & above including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris 50m away from the work site with all leads including cost of all labour , sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.
4Dismantling of Granular course of flexible pavement including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris 50m away from the work site with all leads including cost of all labour , sundries and T&P. etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.
5Earth work excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and disposing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead and lift / transporting by mechanical carriage within 5km away from work site including shoring, shuttering with cost of all labour, sundries & T & P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
6Construction of granular sub-base by providing COARSE graded material of Grading IV, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including cost conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour scaffolding sundries and T&P etc required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer charge.
7Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS: 383, the size of Coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (25mm to 12mm), aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be less than 150kg/cum, OMC to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finished and curing as per Clause 601 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
8Construction of un-reinforced dowel jointed plain cement concrete over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mixed design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finished to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
9Filling in foundation trenches and plinth with coarse river sand well water and rammed in layes not exceeding 23 cm. In depth with all leads and lifts including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of alllabour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed bythe Engineer in charge.
10Plain cement concrete of prop (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 25mm. size black hard (crusher broken) granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 6” thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
11Construction of cement concrete kerb wall with C.C. (1:1½:3) etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, watering and curing, sundries and T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
12Reinforced cement concrete of prop.(1:1½:3) as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 200kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite chips (20 mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debrises from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P, required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S.rods or Tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the Engineer in charge.RCC Drain Cover slab

14Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel / HYSD Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S. rod / Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost)
1512mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in all floors at all height finishing smooth Cement concrete walls surface including watering and curing, rounding of corners with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
16Priming one coat over cement concrete walls surface including watering and curing, rounding of corners with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
17Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over smooth plastered surfacewith cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P etc. required for the work etc. complete as directed y the Engineer in charge.
