1Re fixing of existing maple wood floor with tightly interlocked tongue and groove system as certified by MFMA (maple flooring manufacturers Association) supported by pine/ Spruce/fir padded runners duly treated with wood life anti treatment of section 63.5mm x 38mm placed with distance between the runner to be 9" along the width of the court. Sleeper shock absorption pads of 19 mm thick to be provided under the runners for shock absorption. A vapour barrier will also be introduced between sub floor and frame work. The frame will be duly levelled and fastened to the sub floor with the aid of clamps and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (the rates includes dismantling of existingportion of flooring).
2Grinding and polishing maple wood flooring with 3 phase machine grinding using 36, 60 and 120 grid abrasives with special drum sanders followed by base preparation with French chalk and WP-4 sealant (approved quality) and finally finishing with oil modified approved top coat with WP-1(approved quality) in accordance with MFMA norms etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
3Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.
440 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. a). Red sand stone
5Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work
6Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a) One or more coats on old work
7Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
8Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work
9Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm , 12.5 mm thick fully perforated gypsum board tile made from plaster board having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I , of size 595x595 mm, backed with non-woven tissue on the back side , having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backingin true horizontal level , suspended one existing inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections grids of 600x600 mm including making required cutting / making , opening for services like diffusers , grills , light fittings , fixtures , smoke detectors etc all complete for all heights as per specifications , drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Providing and fixing false ceiling 10 mm thick calcium silicate board made with calcareous and siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fibre manufactured through autoclaving process in true horizontal/vertical level at all height in existing framework with the help of drywall screws of size 3.5x25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, joints tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joints including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs mad with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
