| 2 | Supplying, fitting and fixing punched tape concertina spiral coil of 50 turns per coil having core wire of 2.6 mm diameter made of h igh carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per IS:4454 (Part-I, Grade-II) having minimum galvanising coating thickness equi valent to 230 grams per square metre and low carbon steel strip of 0.5 mm thickness having a series of barbes punched all along the length on both sides of the strip at regular interval as per IS:513, DD quality having minimum galvanising coating thickness of 12 m icrons. Hardness of tape should be between 137-180 VPN (Victor Penetration Number). The coil should be clipped sufficiently at regul ar intervals. The coil should not be stretched for more than 6.0 m length and the minimum diameter of the coil in the closed conditi on should not be less than 600 mm complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per dr awings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

Barbed Wire Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines an d two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 Kg/100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. [Notes: (1) Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately. (2) Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used]. |
| 4 | Supplying, fabricating and fixing M.S. structural steel work made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc ., for struts, chain link fencing posts as per drawing includinggate, ladders, safety grills, walkways, collapsible gate, signboar ds, supports for cable trench, making slots for barbed line, wire hoisting, placing in position, embedding in concrete, applying twocoats of epoxy paint \"EPILUX 155\" High Build Enamel over a coat ofEPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalen t make as permanufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respect including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing a nchor plates,bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. and necessary lettering of approved pattern on main gate, signboards etc.c omplete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directio ns of the Engineer-in-Charge. T he profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapppin g stainless steel screws M6, 60 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc.c omplete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
