| 4 | The contractor shallOperate & Maintainthe PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department .
