| 1 | Supplying, Installation and Commissioning of 160 K.V.A Distribution Transformer 11 K.V /0.433K.V ,outdoor type, Synergy/ I power/ Bangala /KEC/ Alstom /any reputed make with off load tap changer – 12.5% + 2.5 in steps of 2.5 as per SIS level-2,copper wound, continuously rated for 3 Ph, 50 Hz, at full load and temp. rise not 45° by thermometer in oil and 50°C by the resistance in winding after continuous run at full load, the transformer should have oil immersed winding having Vector group DY 11 HT side connected in delta and LT side connected in star with neutral brought out connected to provide separate earthing the transformer shall have terminal arrangement, bushing / cable end box on HT side and cable end box on LT side. 2 Nos. channel with stoppers shall be provided and fixed on the provided plinth for mounting the transformer. the transformer should have following standard fittings. Transformer shall be latest manufacturing standard as per amended IS specification and the load & No load losses shall be limited to the value given as per IS 2026 or norms issued by the JSEB or which ever are as – oil conservator with filling hole with cap and plain oil level gauge., silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel ., oil drain valve, oil filter valve, lifting eyes/hooks, two earthing terminal, diagram and rating plate, air vent, explosion vent, 100 m.m dia. Thermometer with thermometer pocket, four bi directional plain roller., testing on full load ,as per I:E rules . |
