Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate ) 150mm thickto laying base coarse of Road .including mixing,batching, placing and curing etc.,and as directed at siteincluding the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , cost of curing etc., complete.P.C.C for the base of road , kerb walland paver block

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to morethan 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block ofapproved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00mtr spacing and every 25mtrspacing fixing of Brass Valves with Brass union,includingcost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete .Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.as directed & as described as per condition at siteincluding the costof allmaterials,labours, tools& plants, and all other charges etc., complete.32mm dia
