The Proposed Camera Shall Be Integrated With Current Cctv System With Existing Software And Existing Storage The Scope Of Tender Is Not Limited To The Work Described Above. Above Quantities Are Tentative And May Vary As Per Site Requirement. Vendor Has To Supply Items As Per Specification. Vendor Has To Take Into Consideration All The Work At Site During Site Visit And Quote Accordingly. Tenderer In His Own Interest Is Advised To Visit The Site Prior To Submitting The Tender. • Successful Bidder Need To Verify The Power/Voltage Before Commencement To Ensure Successful Commissioning Of The Camera. • Item For Installation And Commissioning Shall Include – Supply Of, Connectors, Tags, Ferrules Etc. No Separate Payment For Shall Be Paid. • All The Camera Shall Be Either Integrated Using Supplied Poe Switch Or Configuration Up To Nearest L2 Switch Shall Be In Bidder’S Scope. • The Proposed Camera Shall Be Integrated With Current Cctv System With Existing Software And Existing Storage. • Specification For Cameras, Switches And Other Equipment Are Provided With Tender. Bidder Need To Ensure All The Specification Of The Camera Are Fulfilled In Offered Model. The Datasheet Of The Camera Need To Be Uploaded In Technical Bid. No Deviation Is Acceptable. • Camera Offered Shall Be Onvif Complaint And The Requisite Document Need To Be Uploaded In Technical Bid Clearly Indicating Offered Make And Model. • Integration And Commissioning Of The Camera Shall Include – Showing The Feed Of The Camera Upto L3 Switch, If Any Error In The Same Tracing Of The Same Need To Be Done By The Successful Bidder For Resolution Of The Error. Successful Bidder Need To Assist System Integrator For Configuration Of The Camera In Software/Server. • The Existing Cctv System Details Are As Below – 1. Ptz Cameras – Infinova 2. Fixed Cameras – Infinova 3. L3 Switch – Allied Telesis 4. L2 Switch – Allied Telesis 5. Server – Lenovo 6. Video Management System : Infinova • All The Equipment Supplied By The Successful Bidder Shall Be Under Warranty For Period Of 2 Years From The Date Of Commissioning And Hand Over. Any Defect On Any Account To Camera/Switch/Poe Bidder Need To Provide Replacement Within 7 Days From The Date Of Failure Reported. • Penalty At The Rate Of Rs. 500 Per Day Shall Be Raised For Any Downtime Of Camera Due To Material Supplied By Successful Bidder In The Form Of Debit Note To The Bidder For The Period Of Warranty. • Payment Shall Only Be Released Against Successful Completion Of The Complete Integration Of The Equipment’S. No Payment Shall Be Done Against Supply Of The Material. • It Shall Be Bidder’S Responsibility To Ensure The Workability Of The Camera Upto L3 Switch/Server. • The Successful Vendor Shall Ensure That: A. The Workmen Engaged Are Paid Wages As Per Minimum Wages Act And All Registers Are Maintained As Per Statutory Requirements. B. The Liabilities As Employer Under The Provision Of Payment Of Bonus Act, Esi Act, And Pf Act & Factories Act & Rules Are Discharged. Please Note Clause No.17 Of The General Conditions Of Tender. C. Ensure That The Workmen Engaged Are Working In Hygienic Condition And The Personal Health And Safety Of The Workmen Is Taken Care Of At All The Times. D. The Workmen Are Engaged For The Stipulated Timings As Per The Factories Act & Rules. E. The Workmen Shall Wear Clean Protective Clothes And Maintain Pleasant Appearance (Clean Shoes/Shaven Face/ Cropped Hair). Special Terms And Conditions: A. Termination For Default: The Purchaser May, Without Prejudice To Any Other Remedy For Breach Of Contract, By Written Notice Of Default Sent To The Supplier, Terminate This Contract In Whole Or In Part- A. If The Supplier Fails To Deliver Any Or All Of The Goods Within The Time Period(S) Specified In The Contract, Or Any Extension Thereof Granted By The Purchaser. B. If The Supplier Fails To Perform Any Other Obligation (S) Under The Contract; Or C. If The Supplier, In Either Of The Above Circumstances Does Not Rectify / Remedy Its Failure Within A Period Of 30 Days (Or Such Longer Period As The Purchaser May Authorize In Writing) After Receipt Of The Default Notice From The Purchaser. In The Event The Purchaser Terminates The Contract In Whole Or In Part, The Purchaser May Procure, Upon Such Terms And In Such Manner As It Deems Appropriate; Goods Similar To Those Undelivered And The Supplier Shall Be Liable To The Purchaser For Any Excess Costs For Such Similar Goods And Services B. Termination For Convenience A. The Purchaser, May By Written Notice Sent To The Supplier, Terminate The Contract, In Whole Or In Part, At Any Time For Its Convenience. The Notice Of Termination Shall Specify That Termination Is For The Purchasers Convenience And The Extent To Which Performance Of Work Under The Contract Is Terminated And The Date Upon Which Such Termination Becomes Effective. B. The Purchaser At The Purchasers Discretion May Purchase The Goods That Are Complete And Ready For Shipment Within Fifteen Days After The Suppliers Receipt Of Notice Of Termination On The Contract Terms And Prices. For The Remaining Goods, The Purchaser May Elect:- I. To Have Any Portion Completed And Delivered At The Contract Terms And Prices; And/ Or Ii. To Cancel The Remainder And Pay To The Supplier And Agreed Amount For Partially Completed Goods And For Materials And Parts Previously Procured By Supplier. C. Inspection & Tests: A. The Purchase Or Its Representative Shall Have The Right To Inspect And / Or To Test The Goods To Confirm Their Conformity To The Contract. All The Equipment And Components Will Be Tested/ Inspected And Certified By Purchaser Or Its Authorized Representative. The Inspection And Test Will Be Conducted On The Premises Of The Supplier Or Its Sub-Contractor Or At Point Of Delivery. B. The Inspection Shall Be Arranged And Borne By The Supplier At No Extra Cost To The Purchaser. C. Should Any Inspected Or Tested Goods Fail To Confirm To The Specification, The Purchaser May Reject Them And The Supplier Shall Either Replace The Rejected Goods Or Make All Alterations Necessary To Meet Specification Requirements Free Of Cost To Purchase. The Purchaser Right To Inspect, Test And Where Necessary, Reject The Goods After The Goods Arrival At Destination Shall In No Way Be Limited Or Waived By Reason Of The Goods Having Previously Been Inspected, Tested And Passed By The Purchases Or Its Representatives Prior To The Goods, Dispatch Ex-Factory/ Warehouse.
