Renovation of 100 KVA, 11 KV to 0.04 KV (Japan make) imported Transformer by following works:-Removing all the electric connection HT panel, transformer of 100 KVA by taking all the precaution as per IER guideline.

Opening of ducts & transformer by cutting the nut bolts by gas cutter etc. from transformer to panel if needed.

Checking the continuity of bus bars transformer.

Filling of new transformer oil & dehydration of the same.Make:- Power oil / Savita.

Dismantling the transformer by removing to cover, oil tank, silica jel in breather etc.

Lifting the core and winding with the helps of tripot and chain pulley block etc.

Cleaning the core and winding by hot vacuum machine.

Cleaning the transformer and removing the sludge etc.

Replacement of HT defected insulated main leads inside the transformer.

Replacement of LT defected insulated main leads inside the transformer.

Replacement the winding protection pads.

Fixing the core and winding in original shape.

Replacement of top cover gasket and oil seals complete set.

Making connection of buckets relay calibration etc.

Replacement of slica jel.

Re-assembling all the equipment, but bars, making all the connection on HT side, LT side etc. and testing it on load.
Testing & Commissioning of the transformer full load

Renovation of the GI shed of 12’x13’ size by replacement of rusted & damaged of 6 Nos. GI sheet 12’x3’ size, i/c GI J&L hooks i/c replacement of damaged wire mesh & MS gate etc. by providing of locking arrangement, complete work in all respect.
