    Name of Work:Core cutting work at various location inside RCF factory at Chembur Mumbai 400074. NOTES: Kindly read all the pages of NIT & special conditions before quoting for this work. The Party shall visit the site before quoting to access the quantum and nature of the job. 1) The job may require to be carried out overnight. In such case contractor shall carry out the job and a supervisor has to be available on site during night. No extra payment for supervisor to be done. 2) Whenever required, contractor shall be made available all the necessary resources on short notice period of 24 hrs. 3) This is not a continuous work. The job is to be carried out on need basis as and when required or as directed by Engineer incharge.

(Maximum thickness of RCC members shall be 300mm) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge above 150mm and upto 200mm dia size
    2Drilling with core cutting machine in RCC slabs, walls etc.wherever required in buildings. wherever required,scaffolding are inclusive for working at all levels ,leads and heights . (Maximum thickness of RCC members shall be 300mm) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge above 100mm and upto 150mm dia size
    3Drilling with core cutting machine in RCC slabs, walls etc.wherever required in buildings. wherever required,scaffolding are inclusive for working at all levels ,leads and heights . (Maximum thickness of RCC members shall be 300mm) and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge above 75mm and upto 100mm dia size
    4Supply of unskilled labour along electric breaker for chipping floor / concrete and cleaning the area. (including supervisor). Work may be carried out overnight. (One additional labourwill be paid for every deployed labour) For not deploying electric breaker the rate to be reduced to ? 654/-
