| 1 | Comprehensive Maintenance flame proof EOT Crane 3 TON Capacityof any make at any location of Tech area complete by servicing, overhauling, greasing, oiling, cleaning of cranes, checking and servicing of brakes, gear box, cable connections and carry out necessary repair and replacement of defective parts as specified and directed:- Note : (a) Maintenance of crane shall be carried out bi-monthly, hence, after maintenance of particular crane in a month, further maintenance of that crane shall be carried out in the alternative month (ie after completion of 02 months only). Tenderer is hereby advised to keep this aspect in mind while quoting his rate. b) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separetly as Supply only. c) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include for other minor spares for satisfactory functioning of Crane d) Minor items viz, Tape, Thimble, Screws, Nut, bolts and cable for making connection etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own and the cost thereof shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. e) All T&P including ladders etc necessary in execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof is included in the quoted rate of this item. (f) In case, any particular crane is not maintained by contractor, the recovery shall be made equal to the quoted rate i.e. per crane enhanced by 25%. (g) List of spares shall be prepared by the contractor and the Engineer-in-Charge jointly. |
