3M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
4M&Lrendering 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

6M&L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC on stone masonry wall surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or one side of lathing and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid seperately as supply only).
7M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
8Supply only iliquidwater proofing compound all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removing existing treatmentand applying two coats ofdistemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling by complete removingexisting treatment and applying two coats ofdistemper oil emulsion paint of approved tint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by complete removingexisting treatment and applying one coat of birla wall care putty( 2 to 3mm thick) to get a uniform smooth surfacescomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12M&L applying two coats of distemper oilemulsion paint over a coat of primer on birla wall care putty surface of walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13M&L preparingold plaster/ concrete/stonesurfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soof, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasing spots and applying two coats ofcement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring andpavings not exceeding15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.
15M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/ hard standing path in alternate bays area not exceeding 2 Sqm each panel & joints filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) i.e.one part of bitumen and 3 parts of sand, and concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
16M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
17M&L Light shade vitrified tiles, 10mmthick(minimum), (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 600mmx600mm size) but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, in flooring set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18M&L Light shade vitrified tiles, 10mmthick(minimum), (square/ rectangular polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 Sqm (including 600mmx600mm size) but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm,in skirting/dado(cut to size as required) etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
