( S.I No- 706+707 ) 2 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar(15.7.4) 3 Dismantling tiled floorincluding stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with in a distance of 60 mt.(SI-698) 4 Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with in a distance of 60 metres (200ft.). (a) Internal Work- Exposed on wall(14.84) 6 Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof. 7 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC siwer linepipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, All fittings like two Nos Bend, one no Coupler or any other accessories and P/F PVC pipe clips fixed by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plug, secrewed with MS screws of required length in wall face including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4(i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter 8 Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes , having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply , including all CPVC plain & threaded fittings . This includes jointing of pipe & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement trenching , refilling &testing joints complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:external work (20 mm nominal outer dia pipes)(18.9.2) 9 Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes , having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply , including all CPVC plain & threaded fittings . This includes jointing of pipe & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement trenching , refilling &testing joints complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge:external work (32 mm nominal outer dia pipes)(18.9.4) 11 Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.
