Section & Hydraulics Section -1 4004081579 To Assist in Inspection & Load Testing of Cranes & Lifts of works & non-works area. Assisting in Gear Cleaning and Measurement, Wire Rope measurement. Testing and commissioning of new cranes. Assist in Distortion testing. Arrangement of Load Testing like putting Piano wire. assisting in alignment. Assisting in Crane Hook measurement. Dispatch & Distribution of test reports and all other documents to various Shops of BSP and Ispat Bhavan. 2 4004081578 To provide technical assistance in the following jobsa) Wire rope slings manufacturing of different sizes. It includes wire rope cutting, ferrule pressing, testing & storing of slings. b)Repair of lifting tackles like chain pulley blocks, maxpull and hyd. jacks. It includes dismantling, overhauling, assembly and testing. c)Repair of electrical & pneumatic grinders and blowers. It includes dismantling, overhauling & assembly. d)House keeping, store work, and safety related jobs in T&T w/shop on day to day basis as per requirement. 3 4004081625 Cleaning of Hydraulic Work - Shop floor and peripheral area. Cleaning of All the Machines of Hydraulic Section. Material handling & assistance to the Fitter & Technician for Marking, Measuring and Hose assembly activities. Material handling & assistance to the Machine Operator & Technician for Hose Crimping, Cutting and Testing activity. Assisting Charge-man in Cutting, Crimping Hose, and Manual Pressure Testing of Hose assembly. Assistance & Support activities in Planning, stores section and accessory jobs. Assisting Chargeman/ technician during re-visioning of Hyd. Equipments like flow control valves, Flow/ pr. regulators etc. sent to workshop for revisioning
