Providing and laying in positioncement concrete specified grade of cement concrete excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement - All works upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone III):3 graded stone concrete 20mm nominal size)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) -with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty as per building direction of E/I.
