Name of Work: PROVN OF ROOF TOP SOLAR POWER PLANT OF CAPACITY 35 KW AT 167 MH UNDER GE(SOUTH) PATHANKOT.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Detailed engineering design including feasibility survey for solar power plant using suitable software such as "PV SYS" and "PV SOL" or equivalent software, topographic survey, soil/structural investigation, foundation design etc. and getting the design vetted from any one of the approved agencies, manufacturing, supplying, erecting,installing,testing and commissioning of grid connected Solar PV Plant of 35 KWp, Unity PF output capacity at conditions prevalent at Dhangu Military Complex with fixed structure on Turnkey basis, and performance guarantee basis, complete comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems and meeting the specifications as given here-in-after and in Particular specification.:- a) Hot dip galvanized MS angle or Zn/Zn-Al coated steel Module Mounting Structure(MMS) for peak output along with concrete grouting for required rigid support with standing maximum wind speed up to 150Km/Hr at designed tilt angle of modules.b) GI foundation bolts suitable for withstanding 150Km/Hr wind speed. c) Array Junction boxes with connectors, terminals, PVC gromates and ingress protection shall be IP 67. (d) The Contractor shall submit GA drawings for approval of Accepting Officer before placing order.(e) Solar PV Module of monocrystalline- Si solar Modules should have efficiency more than 20%.(f) The PV modules shall be minimum with 144 half cut cells of size 83mm x 166 mm configuration with rated power of module = 445 Wp certified for solar PV module power performance tested as per BIS.
2(g) Photo voltaic modules shall carry a performance warranty of>90% during the first10 years, and >80%during the consecutive 15years.Furthermodule cell shall have performance warrantyof >97.5% during the first year of installation to get the maximum Performance of the System. (h) The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an inverter shall be less than 2%. (j) The SPV module shall be made up of high transmissivity glass & front surface shall give high encapsulation gain and the module shall consists of impact resistance, low iron and high transmission toughened glass. The module frame shall be made of corrosion resistant of aluminum material, which shall be electrically compatiblewith the structural material used for mounting the modules. (k) The module frame shall be made of Aluminum (noncorrosive material), which shall be electrolytic ally compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules with the Required No of Earthing of copper earthing of size 20x3mm mm size as required at site.(l) The terminals shall be connected to copper bus- bar arrangement. The junction boxes havesuitable copper cable (As per site requirements) entry points fitted with cable glands as per recommendations of manufacturers.

(o) MPPT inverter power condition unitminimum 3 MPPT & 10 DC Input (250V to 960V) Inverter capacity: 50 kWp Economical (i) Maximum efficiency 98.5%. (ii) OptiTrac MPP tracking for best MPP tracking efficiency. (iii) Active temperaturemanagement. (iv) DC SPD inbuilt, WI fi communication. Simple: (v) Three-phase grid feed-in, Grid voltage will be 415 volt. (vi) Cable connection without tools. (vii) DC plug-in-system. Flexible and future proof: (viii) DC input voltage up to 350V. (ix) Integrated grid managementfunctions. (x) Reactive-powercapable.
4(p) PCC 1:2:4 for foundation/ Pedestal for the structure required deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (q) Supply, Installation, Erection, testing and commissioning of GI structure. Posmac/Hot dip for 35KW SPV systems with proper grouting PCC 1:2:4 type B1 which can with stand 150KM high wind speed so that the system cannot get uprooted from ground due to high wind pressure. (r) Supply, install, test and commissioning of (5 x 1200 VA ) solar power plant system with 4 hours autonomy consisting of Solar PV Panel - 250Wp -2 Nos, Power conditioning unit - 1200 VA/24V-1Nos, battery (Tubualr LMLA ) 12V - 150 AH @ C-10 - 2 Nos with 5 years warranty and Connecting accessories complete all as recommended and specified. Note : (a) The Makes of Solar Panel and Solar inverter shall be from same OEM and shall be Indigenous. Certificate for the same along with technical specification shall be produced before placing order. (s) External electrification to evacuate power from SPV plant upto grid with connected AC/DC panels with min IP-54 protection, connected switchgears, SPDs, protections etc complete.
5(s) Software for comprehensive data acquisition of all electrical, weather and physical parameters along with monitoring and control units for remote monitoring and operation of the solar PV plant including grid interconnection. The cost of data charges & complete modem required for transferring data for energy accounting for three years period of defect liability period is included in the rate quoted. Weather/ Solar observatory with associate systems for recording relevant parameters of weather including parameter modified shade disk kit, sunshine duration recorder, ultrasonic anemometer, temperature and relative humidity meter, particulate meter and Adam module. All with 12 channel data logging system & desktop computer.Provn of computer PCwith processor P-4 dual core, 4-GB RAM, hard disk 500 GB, 1-CD/DVD combo drive R/W type 4-USB Port, Make-HP/IBM/Equivalent with licensed Operating system (Window 8) and Provision of print, copy, scan, wireless report printer with 12 pages per minute capacity, 600x600 dpi with HP, Ret, 1200 dpi effective output quality ( 600x600x2 dpi with Ret) duty cycle, 3000 single sided pages per month for report printing complete as required.
6(t) Fire extinguishers,ISI marked mechanical foam type (AFFF) of capacity 6 ltrs Suitable for "B" class fireas per IS 2190 - 02 Nos, ABC store pressure type ISI marked of capacity 6 Kgs Suitable for "B" class fire as per IS 13849 -02 Nos.(u) Cost of lightening Arrester ESE Type protection including Earthing"s Air termination and other accessories i.e.copper strip of 20x3mm thick, nut bolts, washers, insulations etc. requirement for connecting the system as recommended by manufacturer deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (v) Cost of all the accessories from serial number listed in 1.01 to 1.16 is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Note :-The contractor shall submit MOU from the OEM of Manufacturer of the Solar System (MNRE approved). The contractor shall submit consent/readiness letter from the OEM and upload the same along with his offer failing which the financial bid shall not be opened.
7Material and labour earthing with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm copper plate and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified orindicatedincludingtesting on completion.NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe,Copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting totest point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing) and dismantling old defective earthpit.
8Supply , installation , testing and comissioning of Bi-directional RS 485/ RS232 /Hotspot /wifi/ GPRS /Ethernet LAN communication energy meter 415 Volt 3 Phase with CT & PT metering at line end in SPV Plant Showing Power generated by the Solar Power System complete all as specified and as directed.
9Supply , installation , testing and comissioning of ABT energy meter with 11 KV HT CT & PT metering cubicle of class 0.5/0.2 with necessary 2 pole structures, connected switchgears etc shall be provided as approved by state DISCOM under the metering scheme,to measure the delivered quantum of energy to the grid for sale complete all as specified and as directed.The responsibility of arranging for the meter, its inspection / calibration / testing charges etc. rests with the Contractor. All charges incurred on Meter testing, shall be borne by the Contractor.
10Note for Item No 8 & 9 : any type of LAN/PVC/Copper cable required for connecting the meter have been included in quoted rates.The cost of data charges & complete modem required for transferring data for energy accounting for three years period of defect liability period is included in the rate quoted.
11Note for all items: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
