The board will be a composite unit consisting of TwoPlates of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100x300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plateswill be welded to a 75mm x75mmx 12swg Mild steel post at / Tube Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shaped plate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors.”All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY signage manual Fig.1 (A) and Fig.1 (B) and as directed by Engineer in-charge. A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

Information as provided in drawing of NRRDA shall be displayed on a CR/GI sheet of appropriate thickness and fixed at steel frame with 5 mm steel plate. All lettering and printing arrows border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colored as mentioned in detailed drawing. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACP plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACP lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to twonos. 75mm x75mm x 12 swg sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the toplevel of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx47mm, thickness12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.2 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.

There shall be a stamp behind the ACP sheet carrying the name of the supplier, Name of sheeting Manufacturer, Type of retro reflective sheeting, Installation month & year, Warranty period for retro reflective sheeting.
