    Bids Are invited for 3-Ply Box - Brown Corrugated Paper Boxes Partitions, Length: 144Mm ± 2Mm (140Mm Partition), Breath: 144Mm ± 2Mm(140Mm Partition), Height: 90Mm ± 2Mm (70Mm Partition), Weight: 55Gms ± 2Gm, Stapled At Three Places On Each Side, Corrugations Should Be Flute B (Narrow) And 150 To 185 Corrugations Per Meter. Substance Of Corrugated Board Should Be 500Gms/Sq.M. Bursting Strength Of Corrugated Board Should Be 6Kgf/Cm (Approx). While Closing Flap Of The Box Should Be 25 Mm In Length And Other Flap Sides Should Be 20 Mm In Length Each. Flaps And Sides Of The Box When Folded In Position Should Not Break. Lids Should Fit Properly Over The Boxes. Testing And Inspection Of The Box Should Be As Per Iss: 2271-1977, 4006 And 1060. All Other Details Of The Box Should Confirm To Iss:2771-1977 (Part-L). Specifications For The Partition Are As Under: Material Used For Partition Should Be Kraft Paper Whose Substance Should Be 750 Gms/Sq M. A Combined Assembly Of Eight Partitions In Which Four Pairs Are Perpendicular To Each Other Is Made. Weight Of Each Assembly Should Be 30 Gms ±2 Gms. Partition Should Be Submitted In Assembled Form And Ready To Use. The Assembly Should Collapse On For Packing But Readily Useable On Pulling Out The Assembly. All Relevant Parameters -Testing And Inspection Shall Be As Per Iss:4006 & 1060 The Manufacturer Should Possess The Relevant Testing Facility. The Institute Reserves The Right To Inspect His Manufacturing And Testing Facility. Further Every Batch Of Boxes Supplied Should Be Accompanied By An Authentic Test Repot Of The Batch.
