Name of Work: NCTPS – I - SE/MI circle – COH (21-22) - BM Dn. – Unit – III – Renewal of eroded expansion Joint in between wind box and burner corner and wind box and furnace, SADC and S panel Enclosure, to reduce air ingression in flue gas path and burner cover plate patch up work, scanner fan filter box repair work, scanner fan pipe line patch up work, scanner fan flexible hose replacement work and allied works during capital overhaul of 2021-22.

Rectification of defects in secondary air dampers and cleaning of wind box. Including consumables and T&P\"s.

Charges for cleaning the accumulated ash deposits over the Wind box Top left & Right side. Inspection, rectification of eroded portions in wind box and assisting for air leak test for inspection and marking the flue gas/hot air leakage point in wind box area. Including consumables and T&P\"s.

Charges for removing the eroded portions in wind box and welding with new plates inclusive of transportation, lead and lift, scaffolding arrangements, etc., consumables and T&P\"s.

Renewal of expansion joint between burner block and wind box and rectification of expansion joint between wind boxand furnace Charges forcutting removing, grinding and rectification of the existing damaged /eroded expansion joints, patch up work and aligning positioning and re-welding the existing /new expansion joint in wind box. Leading, lifting, positioning of new expansion joint, aligning with the duct channel and complete welding. Style#1 / Style#2. Including consumables and T&P\"s.

Fabrication of eroded /damaged outer & inner cover plate patch up work scanner fan filter box repair work, scanner fan pipe line patch up work, scanner fan flexible hose replacement work and scanner fan & Igniter fan damper freeness work. Including consumables and T&P\"s.
