Bids Are invited for Preparation of a clean room for Microscope and Accessories - Preparation of a clean room of ISO 8 (Class 100000), compatible with the requirements for optimal functionality of a 300 kV Titan Krios microscope (Model G3i). , Complete acoustic shielding of the microscope room (walls and ceiling) - Supply and erection of clean room compatible acoustic ceiling PANELS of suitable size in the microscope room (ceiling and walls) in sync with return air ducting , Anti-vibration solution to minimize mechanical vibration with Vibration Isolation Platform - I) Preparation of a concrete vibration isolation platform of 1 m depth, surrounded by 10 cm trenches overlayed with granite and neoprene rubber, to cover the entire microscope room. II) The platform to ensure that the floor vibration stays within 5 Hz. , Operator Room & Four Partitions - I) Proper UPVC double glazed toughened glass window in between operator room & microscope room with UPVC frame.II) Other wooden doors with proper frame etc. In between the operator room & other four labs.III)SITC of 07 nos.
