    Bids Are invited for supply install commissioning and testing of commercial air curtain of size 40x78 unit - supply install commissioning and testing of commercial air curtain of size 40x78 unit for prevention for dust and conditioned air losses single phase 220V 50Hz made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 guage finished with two coats of Red Oxide primer and final coat of syntheticenamel paint oven baked with MS- CRC 18 guage square perforated suction grills Aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor nozzelstic complete with fittings and accessories so as to product 1-1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level for door opening as specified complete all as directed by Engineer- In-charge, supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and each metal plug and socket complete with one single pole MCCB 240 VOLT 20 Amps completed all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply and fixing MCB SP 06 to 32 amps 230 VOLTS C curve 50HZ AC 10KA complete all as directed by Engineer In charge. supply and fixing submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded 1100 Volts copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32mm wide pvc casing and caping with all accessories such as TEES, ELBOWS, JUNCTIONBOX, REDUCER ETC as required along with 1 run off 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable as continous earthwire and connecting to existing main switch board- distrribution board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduct complete all as directed by Engineer _In charge.Note 2runs of 4sqmm cable 1 run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated Total Quantity : 1
