Fabrication and supply Two Wheel Trolley Size 10\" x 6\" x 2\". The M.S. Trolley should be made Out with M.S. Channel of Size 150 x 65 mm for main Chasse and Top side M.S. Channel Size 100mm x 50 mm complete bottom plateform welded in box shape and all sides with M.S. Angle iron size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with 2\" height all sides covered with M.S. sheet of 3mm thick in the bottom and 2mm sheet in all sides of the trolly duly welded with bottom frame. The back side of the trolley welded with bottom frame. The back side of the trolley should have folding system with locking arrangement for unloading the trolley. The trolley should have the wheel assembly having square axle of size 75mm x 75mm with bearing of suitable size on both sides and clamp/ hub, heavy leaf spring 65mm size, rim with new tyre-tube 750 x 16 ply heavy duty with locking ring fixing with bolts. The trolley should have one hydraulic jack of 5 Ton capacity for jacking system in the trolley with hose pipe assembly of suitable length. The trolley towing system i/c the hook with spring in front side of the trolley with 1 no standing pillars. The complete trolley should have duly one coat of red oxide and painted with enamel paint with help of spray machine.
