Failing which, penalty ofRs 300 shall be deducted from contractor.(vi) All electrical materials and labour charges to be used forrectification of complaints shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.(vii) If any complaints is not rectified due to any justified reason, then the complaint slip shall be returned to the department with proper justification.(viii) Pls note that no manpower are being procured vide this item, only services to be provided by the contractor. |
