Quoted Rate Shall Be Inclusive Of Hiring Charges, Diesel/Fuel Charges, Labour Wages, Concerned Cmpf & Cmps Charges (As Per Applicability), Overtime Charges (Upto 40 Hrs Per Month Per Vehicle), Night Halt Charges (Upto 4 Nights Per Month Per Vehicle), Gst, Etc. No Amount Except Toll Charges Shall Be Reimbursed Other Than The Quoted Rate. 2. Bidder Shall Submit Udyam Registartion Certificate (Msme Registration Certiï¬Cate) Or Any Certiï¬Cate Valid On The Bid Submission End Date (Including The Extensions If Any) For The Categories Related To Subject Vehicle Hiring Purposes For Qualifying Msme Preference Criteria 3. The Bidder Should Either Own Or Have A Hiring Agreement With The Owner(S) Vehicle(S) Which Is/Are 5 / 7Fered To Be Engaged. The Vehicle(S) Should Be Registered Under Commercial Category. 4. After Placement Work Order Bidder Will Have To Submit All Statutory Documents E.G Taxi Registration, Rc Book, Hiring Agreement (If Applicable), Fitness Certiï¬Cate, Pollution Certiï¬Cate, Road Tax Clearance, Latest First Party Insurance (Comprehensive Policy) Paid Up To Date, Valid Driving License The Assigned Driver, As Required Under Motor Vehicle Act And Other Govt. Acts/ Registration For The Deployed Vehicle. 5. Seller Has To Ensure That The Payment Wages Driver Is To Be Made As Per The Minimum Wages And Epf/Cmpf & Cmps Deduction Is To Made As Per Applicability Without Fail. Any Violation May Lead To Cancel The Contract With Due Penalty. 6. The Bank Payment Statement, Wage Sheet And Epf/Cmpf & Cmps Deduction/Deposit Has To Be Submitted (Hard Copy) At The Time Bill Processing Every Month. Based On That Labour Payment Certiï¬Cate (Lpc) Will Be Issued By Mcl. Bill Has To Be Generated In Gem After The Issuance Lpc Only. 7. All The Contractor Workers Shall Be Covered With The Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (Aebas) For The Payment Wages. 8. The Contractors Shall Register Themselves On The Contract Labour Payment Management Portal (Clpmp) Coal India Limited Within 30 Days After Work Order And Will Have To Enter And Update Periodically The Following Details In The Portal: A. Work Order Details B. Contractor Workers Details And Wages Payment Details In Respect Each Work Order. 9. The Vehicle Movement Register Has To Be Maintained By The Service Provider & The Same To Be Certiï¬Ed By The Controlling Oï¬Ƒcer On Daily Basis. If Desired The Same Has To Be Produced To The Consignee/Buyer The Vehicle At Any Time. 10. Vehicle(S) Is/Are To Be Deployed At Location /Nearby Coal Mines Area For Transportation Manpower And Material. 11. Year Vehicle Model Should Not Be Older Than 2019. 12. The Work Shall Be Commenced As Per The Date Mentioned In The Work Order. 13. In Case Any Accident The Vehicle Or To The Driver, Mcl Will Not Be Held Responsible Or Liable For Any Payment Compensation To The Contractor Or To His Driver. 14. The Mcl Undertakes No Liability If The Vehicle Is Damaged, Set On ϬRe Etc. By Any Mob Or By Any Person Or By Accident During The Engagement/Hire In Progress. 15. If The Vehicle Is Seized By The Authority Under Law Or For Election Duty, Mcl Will Not Be Liable For The Same & No Payment Whatsoever Nature Will Be Demanded For Such Event. In Such Condition The Contractor Will Provide Alternate Vehicle For Mcl Without Delay. 16. The Driver Deployed Along With The Vehicle Shall Be Well Behaved. If Else, The Driver Shall Be Changed As Per The Instructions Consignee. 17. The Controlling Oï¬Ƒcer May Be Changed At Any Time The Contract Period As Per The Instructions The Competent Authority. 18. The Documents Sought In Atc Shall Be Submitted By The Bidder After Award The Contract Without Fail. . Disclaimer The Additional Terms And Conditions Have Been Incorporated By The Buyer After Approval The Competent Authority In Buyer Organization. Buyer Organization Is Solely Responsible For The Impact These Clauses On The Bidding Process, Its Outcome And Consequences There Including Any Eccentricity / Restriction Arising In The Bidding Process Due To These Atcs And Due To Modification Technical Specification And / Or Terms And Conditions Governing The Bid. Buyer Is Duty Bound To Reply To All Such Representations And Would Not Be Allowed To Open Bids If He Fails To Reply To Such Representations.
