| 1 | Carriage, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 8000 GPH x 380 meter head HC pump set with suitable prime mover (to be provided by the department) alongwith allied accessories at pumping station Kud by way of shifting the same from divisional store Malhar upto the road side nearest to pumping station Kud, unloading the same from vehiclemanually using tools and tackles and then dragging up to pumping station on channels / pipes using pick axes, crowbars, ropes, etc. and stacking inside pump-room. The job furtherincludes earthwork in bulk excavation for making foundation block upto the depth of about 1.5 meters so as to form a size of 6’x3’x4’.Dumping of excavated material outside the pump room at a distance of about 50 meters. Providing andFabrication of 06 nos. foundation bolts of suitable thickness one meter long by threading them at one end and making of anchor to other end. Laying of bed concrete of 1:4:8 mix using 20 percent aggregate, laying of RCC of 1:1.5:3 mix including supply/fixing of farm work / shuttering, aggregates, sand and cement, reinforcement steel tor 10mm for mesh and all RCC work, angle iron for supporting/alignment of base-frame including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, welding, placing of foundation bolts with base frame and making proper alignment of base frame horizontally as well as longitudinally, deployment of vibrator, mixer, welding set, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. and curing complete. Job further includes dragging of pump motor setfrom the stacking place and then placing it on the base frame by manual labour and other tools and tackles, Leveling and alignment of pump motor set on the base frame by using laminated sheet, strips, gauges and coupling thereof. Providing / laying of 80mm / 65mm dia GI suction and 100mm / 80mm dia delivery pipe lines to the pump set by providing/cutting of required dia GI pipes approximately as per site requirement in the convenient lengths and also interconnecting the suction and delivery pipe line with the GSR / sump and rising main respectively with the help of oxygen acetylene gas / electrode welding. The cut edges shall be grinded with grinder to give them a smooth and even surface and then laying, aligning, welding of suction / delivery pipes in continuous fillet weld using superior quality electrodes conforming to ISI specifications. Providing, fabrication and fitting of 100mm/80mmdia MS bends, 100mm/80mm dia MS flanges, expanders, reducers, gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as per site requirement, providing/fitting of 100 / 80mm dia heavy duty CSsluice valve and NRV-01no. each to the delivery pipe line and 80 mm diafoot valve / suction valve heavy duty as per site requirement to the suction pipe line conforming to ISI make including nuts, bolts, gasket flanges etc. etc. Job further includes providing, fabrication and fitting of 100mm dia GI pipe delivery manifold outside the pump room and connecting with delivery pipe line using oxygen acetylene gas system. The job involves providing and fitting of chain pulley block of 3 ton capacity. Testing and commissioning of pump motor sets with allied accessories by way checking of all electrical connections and testing on no load and subsequently on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation / head load charges loading /unloading, hire charges of tools and tackles, gas cutting, appliances, welding set, shuttering, vibrator, mixer, skilled / unskilled labour charges etc. Complete job. |
| 2 | Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 140 ampere auto starter cum protection panel cum fault analyzer at pumping station Kud stage-1st. The job involves fabrication of auto starter with power contractor MNX 140-2nos. and MNX 110 -1no. of L&T / ISI make. The system should be provided with solid state fault analyzer CB4SA or other equivalent make. The complete system should be enclosed in a wall mounted MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with power coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Job also includes mounting of the panel on the wall of the pump room using electrical drilling machine and providing / layingof copper cable or other equivalent make from board to automation cum protection system upto required length , thimbling and socketing each end of the conductor with proper rating copper thimbles METERING The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window, digital electronic voltmeter, ampere meter are to be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. | 3 | Job involves shifting of 150 KVA voltage stabilizer from pumping station Chenani Stage-1st to workshop for recapitalization of 150 KVAvoltage stabilizer by way Unfastening of nuts bolts and opening the top cover and then dismantling of complete unit by way of chain pulley block, tripod stand to draw out its damaged coil-01-no. Rewinding of coils with superior quality copper wire / strip, insulation material and varnishing complete. Providing and fitting of new rotary switches-02nos. Job also includes providing and fitting of new voltmeter with selector switches, ampere meter, phase indicators set and replacement of panel wiring etc. Soldering the internal connections and tapping it, draining out transformer oil from oil chamber for removing of its dust and dirt. Lowering of stabilizer assembly inside chamber using chain pulley block and other tools tackles. Refilling of transformer oil approximately 260 liters. Shifting the voltage stabilizer to Chenani Stage-1st, making all incoming and outgoing electrical connection and testing on no load and subsequently on full load.
