| 1 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50000 GPH x 130 meter head HC x 180 HP pump set alongwith LT control panel and allied worksat pumping station Salmay stage-2nd (old)of WSS Salmay by way of loading with crane and shifting of pump motor set from Jammu upto road side near pumping station Salmay stage-2nd (Old) by mechanical transport, loading / unloading the same from vehicle with the help crane and manual labour and then dragging / manual carriage up to the pumping station Salmay stage-2nd on channels/pipes using pick axes, crowbars, ropes, tripod stand etc. and stacking inside pump-room. Excavation for formation of foundation block of 8’x6’x4’. Dumping of excavated material outside the pump room at a distance of about 100 meters. Providing and Fabrication of 6 no. foundation bolts of suitable dia meter one meter long by threading them at one end and making of anchor to other end. Laying of bed concrete of 1:4:8 mix using 20 percent aggregate and subsequently, laying of RCC of 1:1.5:3 mix including supply/fixing of farm work / shuttering, aggregates, sand and cement, reinforcementsteel of 12mm formesh andall RCC work, angle iron for supporting/alignment of base-frame including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, welding, placing of foundation bolts with base frame and making proper alignment of base frame horizontally as well as longitudinally, deployment of vibrator, mixer, welding set, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. and curing complete. Job further includes dragging of pump motor set from the stacking place and then placing them on the base frame by manual labour and other tools and tackles, Leveling and alignment of pump motor set on the base frame by using laminated sheet, strips and coupling thereof. Laying of MS suction pipe 200mm diaand delivery pipe line 150mm diato the pump set by providing, fabrication and fitting of pipe assembly as per pump specifications and site requirement in the convenient lengths with the help of oxygen acetylene gas cutting and welding. The cut edges shall be grinded with grinder to give them a smooth and even surface and then laying, aligning, welding of suction/delivery pipes in continuous fillet weld using superior quality electrodes conforming to ISI specifications. The weld should be free from blow holes, porosity, cracks to create leak proof joints.Providing, fabrication and fitting of 200mm dia and 150mm dia MS bends, MS flanges, MS expanders/reducers. MS pipe extension pieces to suction and delivery pipe lines. Providing and fitting of 200mm dia sluice valve CI-1no. to the suction pipe lineand NRV and sluice valve both 150mm diaCS-1no. each with bypass system to the delivery pipes of pump set together with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. Job further includes fabrication and fitting of manifold for connecting pump delivery pipes and rising main. Job includes greasing work, providing and fitting of graphited gland packing and thereafter testing on no and full load and commissioning thereof. Providing and fitting of electrical components i.e. 240mm2 copper cable approximately 20 meters in length from bus bar to MCCB, MCCB to panel in three lead and then providing and fitting of 150mm sq. copper cable from panel to motors in six leads with proper laying, thimbling and insulation material. Job further includes providing and fitting of 400mm2 aluminum cable 3.5 core armoured from electrical transformer to bus bar as per site condition approximately 35 meters in length conforming to ISI standards. Providing and fitting of 630 ampere MCCB-1no. 50KA of Havel, L&T or other equivalent reputed make on the main board of pump room. Complete job includes cost of material, machinery, hiring / shifting / carriage charges of material, machinery tools and tackles, skilled and unskilled labour charges etc. |
| 2 | Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 400 ampere auto starter cum fault analyzer cum protection & control panel at pumping station Salmay stage-2nd (Old). The job involves:- Fabrication of Power Handling Unit (PHU) / Auto Starter with power contactor MNX- 400-2Nos., MNX-300-1No. of L&T make.The system should be provided with a solid state fault analyzer cum controller. The complete system should be enclosed in a floor / wall mounted MS sheet enclosure / box of suitable gauge and dimensions with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Job also includes mounting of the panel to the wall / floor of the pump room. METERING:The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbing at each end.FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS:The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor.The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds.The system shall provide protection against:-Low voltage below 350 V High Voltage above 450 VSingle phasingReverse phasing Un Balanced phasingDry runningOverloading INFORMATION SECTION: -In addition the system should have the following audio & visual features for a quick and accurate diagnosis of the appeared fault / status for a speedy rectification of the system-- Separate LED fault / status indicators.LED phase indicators.An isolation by pass system, for fault analysis system, with a blinking indicator.An audio warning system/Siren which activates only on starter failure to trip the motor on appearance of any electrical fault mentioned above, to warn the operator to switch off the motor manually.3 LED, contactor ‘COIL OK’, indicators, one for each of the contactors / coils. LEDstar & delta indicators to access the star to delta timing A tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations by the motor operator to keep the system in a permanently ON position.Complete job includes cost of panel/ material, labour charges, hiring / shifting / carriage charges of material, machinery tools and tackles, including installation, testing and commissioning. |
