Pdg. 18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 C.sand) and a top layer 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement : 3 C.sand) finished rough with sponge. (Rate Including G.S.T.).

Provision for repairing of old grills and fixing in boundary wall including supply of required materials & labour etc. complete. (Rate Including G.S.T.).

Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all kinds of soil. Providing & fixing M.S. gates of required pattern with angle iron frames (50x50x6)mm size graded with 10 cm c/c Sq. bars 16mm size pointed at the top extra with same curved bar and each frame having Gusset plate 6mm thick at corners & center and provision for hinges and locking arrangement with supply of R.S. Joist (200x100x5.7)mm section for hanging M.S. gate including nut bolts, cutting fabricating welding etc. complete. (Rate Including G.S.T.).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (Rate Including G.S.T.).

Recessed Pointing with composite lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1Lime :1 C. sand: 1 Surkhi) mixed with colour pigment including racking out joints etc. and supply of all materials labour, scaffolding, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including G.S.T.).
