| 1 | M&L for attending complaints for cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC\"s, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning ofdrain pipes 150 mm to 250 mminternal diaby rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depthto maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time by engaging/deploying complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Notes :- 1. The site for attending complaints areat Yoginder VIhar, OR MD Accn & 1 CBPO.Contractor shall provideOne Safaiwala to attend the complaints all the above areas in all working days between 0830Hrs to 1700Hrs including holiday and sunday.2. Contractor shall ensure the security passes for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints.3. The contractor will ensure that the team of Safaiwala with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints.4. A recovery of Rs. 500/-for not attending the complaint upto 04 hours and after 04hoursRs. 1000/-shall be recovered from the contractor due.5.All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.6.Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.7.The above tradesmen shall not be utilize for the complaints where material is required and these complaint shall be measured and paid seperately as S&F here-in-after. |
