Of Holes Of 50-60Mm Dia On Gt Cover And Bearing A Non- Fractured Load Of 5 Mt. , Frp Circular Gt Cover With Frame For 560Mm Dia Clear Opening In Frame With 19 Nos. Of Holes Of 50-60 Mm Dia On Gt Cover And Bearing A Non- Fractured Load Of 5Mt. , Frp Manhole Cover With Frame For 500Mm Dia Clear Opening In Frame With Bearing A Non-Fractured Load Of 10Mt. , Frp Manhole Cover With Frame Of 300Mm X 300Mm Size Clear Opening In Frame With Bearing A Non-Fractured Load Of 5Mt. , Conditions:- 1. The Material Shall Be Supplied At Any Ndmc Stores In As Per Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 2. The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net, Inclusive Of All Taxes I.E. Gst, Cartage Etc. And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid Over The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor. 3. The Material Shall Be Supplied Proportionately To The Time Of Completion Of Supply And As Per Thedirections Of Engineer-In-Charge. 4. The Grating / Manhole Cover Shall Be Furnished Smooth At Top And Bottom. 5. Ndmc Will Have The Right To Inspect The Manufacturer’S Workshop Of Authorized Dealer Of Manufacturers / Dealers / Suppliers And Casting Process. 6. The Agency Shall Submit The Manufacturing Test Certificate Of All The Items. 7. The Following Information Shall Be Clearly And Permanently Casted / Engraved On The Cover:- ( I ) Manufacturer Trade Mark Of Name. ( Ii ) Year Of Manufacturing ( Iii ) With Words Ndmc.
