Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, design, drawing , soil testing etc. complete in all respect for construction of Single storey two room pump house with compound wall, construction of approach road alongwith site Development including laying , testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution pipe line with UPVC, HDPE , ASTM , GI pipes with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC Valve chambers, individual house hold connection , stand alone storage tank, installation, testing and commissioning of bleaching dozer chlorination system, installation of submersible pump set in deep Tube well etc. ( Including supply of stand by pump motor ) , as per supplied drawing and detail scope of work & Technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in section - 5 and in ( Annexure - A to F) for village KARATALI & BENAPATTA and KARATALLI, SARAPADA, MARADI, THURUTHURA, & JAGANATHAPUR. All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer- in -charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7.00 mtr and residual chlorine of 0.20 mg/ ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS System.

Supplying of all labour, T&P material including taxes for soil testing, supply of Design , Drawing , Construction , errection , testing and commissioning of 40KL-2Nos, 30KL-2Nos & 20KL -3Nos ltrs capacity RCC ESRwith 20mtr staging consisting of shaft walls and circular doom with full raft using CC M-25 with sand and PCC layer below foundation as per approved drawing, supplying, fixing of M-25 mm Midium grade G.I. Pipe (TATA/ Zindal/Shail) make confirming to IS specification of rerqired lenght from production well to ESR and ESR to Rising main including inlet and outlet, overflow and washing line of ESR, use of 32mm GI Rising main, alluminum ladder inside and out side of the ESR, CI Puddle collar, 0.6mtr dia CI Manhole cover at dome, RCC Vent withbrass jalli, Lighteninng arrester and water level indicator etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge (The contractor is to approved all Structural design and drawing from State Technical Agency) IGIT Saranga/ CET Bhubaneswar/ VSSUT Burla/ NIT Rourkela/ IIT Bhubaneswar at his own Cost.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS Project for five ( 5 ) calender years from the completion date cincurrent with defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get ( adepuate ) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8 hour / day without facing any problems. The contractor shallrepair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 Hrs of receipt of complain either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & Technical spacification mentioned in section - 5 and in Annexure - J & K.
