NDT (MPI, UT and DP).6. Run out measurement (Electrical and Mechanical).7. Magnetisation check.8. Dimensional inspection at main locations only.9. Visual examination.10.Submission of report recommendation report.b) OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:1. The vendor shall be responsible to complete the entire work as per schedule of rates and specifications in all respects. Any additional work identified during inspection, as mutually agreed between IOCL and Siemens, shall attractadditional price and lead time. Same shall be informed by M/s Siemens to IOCL for Joint Inspection post which Siemens shall submit proposal for additional scope of work (if required).2. Vendor to start the job immediately just after receipt of rotors at their works and try to complete the job in earliest possible time.3. Rotor will be dispatched in the same container as provided by IOCL.IOCL scope :1. Rotor will be sent in well packed condition before shipment.2. Loading/Unloading of rotor at IOCL, BR site.3. To & fro transportation including transit insurance for rotor. |
