Providing, laying, installation testing and commissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipelines for making inter connection between existing main supply line Outside the Manifold room and DRDO hospital pipeline network along with saddles, tees, reducers, bends etc. of size 28 mm outer dia., 0.9 mm thick. The copper pipes used will be solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased, manufactured as per CU DHP to 1190-1 and CW 024A to EN 1412.Before erection all pipes along with fitting will be cleaned for dirt and will be degreased.After erection, all the pipe lines will be cleaned or purged with cleaned or purged with the help of dry nitrogen gas and will be tested with dry nitrogen at a pressure of 10 bar for 48 hours. Job also includes painting of copper pipes as per ISO colour coding. Complete job includes cost of labour, material, tools and tackles charges and hire & transportation costs.

Providing and fitting of Isolation valve box, single gas on both ends of the copper pipe. Job includes cost of medical grade isolation valve 28 mm brazed with copper pipe, fitted with pressure gauge complying with 93/42/EEC Medical Grade Device EN 739 certified, confirming to HTM02/01/NFPA99 for valves and tested for leakages and then fixing of isolation valve box. Complete job includes cost of labour, material, tools & tackles charges and hire & transportation charges.

SITC of MEDICAL GAS DIGITAL MONITORING ALARM: CE MARKED (AREA-WISE/MAIN): A gas failure Alarm would be provided which must be capable of monitoring all the Medical gases. The medical gas alarms will have displays for various fault indications and capable of monitoring at least 01 medical gas service by means of pressure switches, which detect deviations from the normal operating limits of pressure.Gas service will be displayed by coloured \"Normal\", \"Low\" and \"High Pressure\" conditions. At the time of receiving the fault the normal window/ indicator stop indication and other window would blink and it also gives audio alarm. The alarm panel would have a test facility to check the internal circuits, mute facility for making silent the buzzer, acknowledgement facility for receiving the fault and reset facility for resetting the alarm after rectifying the fault. The gas alarm system shall confirm to international standards of Health care facilities. ISO/CE/ISO13485. 01 gas/service

Providing and fixing of support for Copper Pipe line passing through air passage of total length of 60m. Job includes fabrication of base for support using ISMC channel of size 75 X 6 mm and then providing and fixing of MS plate of size 150 X 150 mm on either ends of the ISMC channel of length 20m from ICU to 200 Bedded hospital and 40 m from 200 Bedded hospital to DRDO Outlet each by means of metal welding. The Job also includes providing, fitting & fixing of MS/GI 4” columns- 4 Nos. of 15-20 ft height to support air passage. The Job also includes fixing of MS plate below the oxygen pipe line on the wall using foundation bolts of suitable size and then fixing the copper pipe on the ISMC using U nuts and application of one coat of primer and double coat of anti-corrosive paint. Complete job includes cost of labour, material, tools and tackles charges and hire & transportation charges.
