Sprayer, Spray nozzles to give desired spray density. Fittings should be fixed in pipes with teflon/hole tight for leak proof joints and should withstand pressure testing to 7 kg/cm2 for 30 minutes. The scope of works start from end of GI pipe available atDV"s outlets. MS GI Pipe will be Threaded joint for water spray line & MS Pipe will be Socket welded for air/detection line. Activities Included in Unit Rate: 1) Dismantling Existing Sprinkler pipelines and Air Pipelines, Supply of Pipes, Pipe fittings, flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, consumables and paints. 2) Transportation, Unloading & shifting to site and storage. 3) Pre-fabrication, handling, cutting, edge preparation, ending, threading, tack welding and final welding. 4) Installation, alignment, field welding, field tightening. 5) Supply, fabrication, erection of supports inclusive of U clamps, nut, bolt and special supports from truss/portal/Purlin members of sheds. 6) Supply and installation of spray nozzles with bush (25 x 15) 7) Supply and installation of QB detector with tee (Socket welding type and threaded coupling). 8) Supply and installation of UL approved make for QB detector and spray nozzle, complete with necessary fittings, Teflon tape etc. 9) Hydro Testing/ Pneumatic testing. 10) Flushing and system leak test. 11) Surface preparation and painting as per specification. 12) Line numbering, Tag numbering of nozzles, Detectors. All nozzle shall be provided with 2" circular identification Aluminium DV No. / Nozzle No. shall be written on tag by paint. Angle/Flat Hanger structural supports to be supplied & bolted with the purlin. The spray & Air pipes shall be properly clamped and bolted as per specification. The material of Stud & Bolt will be of Stainless Steel. Pipes and other accessories like Hanger Supports and clamps etc. are to be painted as per the painting specification. Note: The cost of Structural supports & Hanger Supports shall be measured & paid separately under Item no 14. |
