Procure And Renew If Faulty.(D) Smps/ Power Supply Unit To Be Checked For Rated Input/ Outputs. Renew If Faulty.(E) Systems Having Software To Be Checked For Correct Functionality. (F) Check The Cable And Connectors For Cuts, Corrosion Or Undue Strain. (G) Clean The Air Filter With Vacuum Cleaner As Applicable.(H) Check The Set For Optimum/ Designed Performance And Reliability. (J) Replace The Defective Lamps/Caps/ Fuses/ Hinges/ Screws/ Knobs/ Keys/ Switches. (K) All Existing Shock Mounts / Base Plates / Foundations To Be Checked For Integrity And Renew If Necessary.(L)Renew All Earthing/ Bonding Straps. (M) Renew All Terminal Lugs(N) Renew Of Emi/ Emc Gaskets Of All Openings Of Equipment.(P)Interfacing To All Systems To Be Proved As Applicable.(Q) Carry Out All Annual Routines And Performances Tests As Per Maintop At Shop Floor , Post Overhaul/ Serviceability Checks - Post Overhaul /Repair/ Routines Following To Be Carried Out:-(A) All Systems/ Equipments/ Machinary Should Be Proved To Rated/Designed Power /Capacity Without Limitations /Observations And Trials To Be Offered To The Naval Trial Agencies For Design Specifications Along With Installation Inspections As Per Approved Wlds, Op Checks, Hats And Sats. (B) Any Unserviceability During Undertaking Above Serial Needs To Be Repaired / Renewed By Firm Inclusive Of Spares.(C)Vibration Levels At All Points Should Be Less Than 5 Mm/Sec.The Equipment Performance Will Be Considered Satisfactory Only If The Performance Trials Are Cleared By Naval Inspection Agency. (D) Present System For Hats And Sats As Per The Standards Of Watt. , Overhaul Of Antennas And Aerials - (A) Clean And Examine Whip And Wire Aerials For Pitting /Cavities, Replace All Defcetive Components. Apply Rf Paint To Antennas.(B) Check Insulation Of Wire Aerial, Value Should Be More Than 2 Mega Ohms,If Strands Are Cut/ Broken To Be Replaced.(C) Renew Porcelean Insulators Of Wire Aerial If Required.(D) Replace Insulator Of Antenna If Defective(E)Base Plate Of Antenna Is Corrodedto Be Manufactured And Fitted. 2	post overhaul/ serviceability checks	Post overhaul /repair/ routines following to be carried out:- (a) All systems/ equipments/ machinary should be proved to rated/designed power /capacity without limitations /observations and trials to be offered to the naval trial agencies for design specifications along with installation inspections as per approved WLDs, Op checks, HATs and SATs. (b) Any unserviceability during undertaking above serial needs to be repaired / renewed by firm inclusive of spares. (c)Vibration levels at all points should be less than 5 mm/sec.The equipment performance will be considered satisfactory only if the performance trials are cleared by naval inspection agency. (d) Present system for HATS and SATS as per the standards of WATT.
3	overhaul of antennas and aerials	(a) clean and examine Whip and wire aerials for pitting /cavities, replace all defcetive components. apply RF paint to antennas. (b) Check insulation of wire Aerial, Value should be more than 2 mega ohms,if strands are cut/ broken to be replaced. (c) Renew Porcelean Insulators of Wire Aerial if required. (d) Replace insulator of Antenna if defective (e)Base plate of Antenna is corrodedto be manufactured and fitted. (f)work includes removal/refitment of Antenna.
