(h) Check the set for optimum/ designed performance and reliability. (j) Replace the defective lamps/caps/ fuses/ hinges/ screws/ knobs/ keys/ switches. (k) All existing shock mounts / base plates / foundations to be checked for integrity and renew if necessary. (l)Renew all earthing/ bonding straps. (m) Renew all terminal lugs (n) Renew of EMI/ EMC gaskets of all openings of equipment. (p)interfacing to all systems to be proved as applicable. (q) Carry out all Annual routines and performances tests as per Maintop at shop floor |

(b) Any unserviceability during undertaking above serial needs to be repaired / renewed by firm inclusive of spares. (c)Vibration levels at all points should be less than 5 mm/sec.The equipment performance will be considered satisfactory only if the performance trials are cleared by naval inspection agency. (d) Present system for HATS and SATS as per the standards of WATT. |
