Operation & Maintenance of 10MLDPressure Filter Plant to carryout day to day activities of treatment of raw water ,with suitable man power to work such as attending and operation of valves ,suction pump ,blower pump ,back washing of filter bed ,dosing pumps ,agitating pumps ,chlorine and alum dosing pump ,etc.chemical mixing with water in chemical dosing & treating to get potable water as per WHO norms. Keeping of all the records in respect of raw water and treated water quantity and Quality aspect.recording flow meter reading,giving detail information to the operators of WTP SD-I Verna , etc. complete. Theplant operating man power/staff should be arranged round the clock in shift as per the directions ofEngineer -in-charge.

Supply at store/site of work including ,transportation ,loading & unloading etc of Aluimina ferric ,containing 16% of Al203 Content as per IS 299/2012 Grade-IV packed in HDPE bags of uniform weight, suitable for water treatment plant .

Conveying transporting of empty liquid chlorine cylinders from the departmental store to the refilling place, refilling the cylinder to its designed capacity & retransporting to the departmental store from refilling plant including loading unloading, freight insurance etc. complete.

Repairs to dosingPumps & Motors of chlorine , Alum dosing component ,Agitator Motor and Air Blower with replacement of worn out spares such as piston rings ,gudjeon pin ,rubber gaskets,pump & motor bearings, ,motor rewinding and related repair works including lubricants , dosing control nob/valves, replacingworn out ASTM UPVC Pipes(SCH-80Blue & white)20mm dia of required length, couplers ,elbows ,Jointing solvent as desired etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer -in-charge .

Repairs to Pressure Sand filter (Shell) by openingthe Manhole Cover,removing out the total quantity of filter media approximate 24 MT manually with labourersfrom the filter shell which includes Sand, Pebbles of different sizes arranged in layers over a depth of 1000mm inside the pressure sand filter shell.Replacing all the damaged and broken porforated PVC pipesof length 1 mt. & dia 2 1/2\" with necessary end caps and MTA, making necessary joints to the main water outletpipe.De rusting the scale formation on the entireinner surface of the pressure filter shell, cleaningand flushingit out.Cleaning the entirefilter media material vizSand, Pebbles outside with pressurised water, segregating the pebbles according thesizes, refilling the entire filter media by arranging according to the marked layers and required depth till the shell is complete with total filter media material including sand layer and closing the Manhole Cover Complete as required by the Engineer-in-charge.
