| 1 | Repairs to 200 mm foot valve assembly of pumping unit no. 3 installed at LIS Badyalachak The job involves disconnecting / dismantling of the foot valve assembly from the suction pipe by deploying manual labour and allied tools & tackles. Shifting / transporting to the workshop. Cleaning by washing with water to make the foot valves completely silt free. After drying them completely, carrying out necessary repair works on the valve surfaces and flanged joints by welding using good quality electrodes. Dismantling of damaged foot valve mechanism with flap & rings . Repairs to flap seat and flap plate by way of welding. Providing / fitting of new leather washer cut as per size of the flap plate. Reassembling the foot valve and transporting back to the installation site at LIS. Fitting the valves to the respective suction line with replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of flanged joints and worn-out nuts, bolts etc. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges and hire charges for tools & tackles.Complete Job |
| 2 | Repairs to 250 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at LISBadyalachak. The job involvesdisconnecting of the Voltage stabilizer from the main power supply (Incoming and Outgoing cables) . Opening and removing of the panel, loosening /dismantling of the top cover, nut and bolts. Lifting of inside transformer assembly with the chain pulley block for extraction of the complete unit. Dismantling/Extraction of the damaged /burnt coils ( 2 nos.) and shifting the damaged/burnt coils to workshop by using mechanical transport. Thereafterdismantling of the core assembly and extraction of the burnt copper wire with the help of manual labour and suitable tools/tackles.Rewinding of two no.coilsby using new copper wire of the superior quality and shifting the coils back to site . Replacementof the damaged rotor assembly (1no.) by way of p/f of new rotor assembly , replacing all the damaged /burnt components. The job includesP/F of 1 No. volt meter (Output Meter), Meter phase indicator, phase indicator lamps. Boiling of the T.oil in stabilizer by draining it out of the tank. Heating with heater coils to make it completely moisture free, filling it back after complete cleaning and drying of tank. Providing filling of 50 litre t.oil to make up for the deficit. Reinstallation of the stabilizer frame with transformer assembly. Lowering of complete unit in tank after p/f of shock proof gasket and body with nuts/boltsby using specified tools and tackles .Connecting power cables by p/f of new thimbles of the requisite capacity and testing on load . Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges,transportation charges, hiring charges of tools / tackles required at site. Complete Job |
