Sl. No.	Item Description
1	Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of APFC panel with heavy duty capacitor and MCCB as incomer of 35 kVAR factory fabricated of size and of technical specs adhereing to existing IEC 61439 Part 1 & 2 norms, floor mounted, IP 55 grade, outdoor type double door type LT cubical panel made out of 1.6 MM thick CRCA MS sheet duly powder coated with Seimens grey shade RAL 7032, dust and veremin proof with suitable size TPN PVC sleeved aluminium bus bar, incld. aluminium bus bars for incoming and outgoing connections supported on glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastic insulated support with lifting lugs of suitable size. Panel should be mounted/grouted PCC (1:4:8) type D2of size on as per the panel dimensions such that there should be 100 mm offsets complete. The bottom of the panel (space between bottom of panel and top of PCC foundation) shall be covered with CRCA sheet covering all the sides of the base frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer. The panel should have following accessories fitted in :- MAKE : L&T/Siemens/Legrand/ABB/Schenider/Schenider

NOTE : - (i). Earthing strip GI/copper upto 7.5m will be measured and paid under this item only. (ii). The earth chamber shall be constructed 50 cm away from the edge of earth pit and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item. (ii). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of demolition of old earthing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). The new earthing so constructed must have resisitance value below 2 ohms. If the aforesaid resistance value is not achieved contractor has to make proper aadditions/alterations to the newly constructed earthing at his own cost.
