M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 4 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand). 5 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish :20mm thick . 6 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shadetogive an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 7 Random rubble dry stone Kharanja under floor. 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 9 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift. Add extra for foundation/trenches/drains for every additional lift of 1.5 Mtr. or part thereof inOrdinary or hard rock. 10 Supplying and fixing of chain link fencing with angle iron posts 50x50x6mm placed at every 3 Mtr. apart 30cm in ground embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30x30x45cm) corner and every tenth post to be strutted with (50 x 50 x 6cm) angle iron provided and fixed and fitted with posts including earth work in excavation etc. complete with chain link size.75mm x 15mm x 3.15mm 11 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 12 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 13 S/F of following outdoor Gym (fitness) Equipment including excavation of foundation in all kind of soil/hard roack. construction of foundation as per requirement of Gym Equipment or atleast 0.40x0.40x0.60m size in RCC M-20 mix or as per direction of engineer in charge.
