    Bids Are invited for Cages with solid bottom type - • The cage material should be of polycarbonate material• Floor of cage should be solid bottom with not be less than 800cm2 area.• Cage should be autoclavable.• Top grill should be made up of SS 304 material with duly welded and finished joints.• Should have provision for fixing water bottle and feed pellets.• The lid of the cage should be fitted with two hooks for locking the grill on the top of the body of cage.• The cage should not change its transparency for atleast 100 autoclavable cycles.• Should be fitted with a tag holder.• Top grill mail frame should be made of 4mm SS 304 rod and rest of grill of 2mm SS 304 rod.• Grill should be designed such as to fit in second grill for ease of stacking with foldable partition for food and water bottle compartment. , Polycarbonate water bottles with nozzles for Rat - • Water bottles should be polycarbonate material• Capacity of bottle should be around 250 to 300ml• Sipper nozzles should be SS304 without ball• Bottle should be autoclavable atleast 100 cycles.• Bottle should be leak proof – There should be No water leakage from cap• It should have wide mouth to aid filling, rinsing and for effective washing. , Racks for Solid bottom cages - • The rack should be of Sliding type for cage. • The rack material should be of AISI 304 stainless steel for the entire structure.• Rack should have four wheels of size 4 inches diameter made up of Polyurethane provided with locking facility.• Number of rat cages per rack should be 30.• Rack should be provided with stoppers on the backside to prevent cage falling from back side.
