Painting of Process Area Piping including pipes, knockout drums, filtration barrels, scrapper Barrels,all types of valves , vent pipes along with piping supports such as valve supports, structural supports , equipements supports , process area staircases etc.

One coat of high build, self priming, rust encapsulating polyamidoaminecured epoxy mastic coating aluminium version (min 80 % solid by volume) to a dry film thickness of 100 microns by AIRLESS SPRAY application followed by one coat of Epoxy MIO (min 80% solid by volume) with minimum 100 microns DFT by AIRLESS SPRAY application, followed by two coats of isocyanate acrylicaliphatic PU coat (min 50% solid by vol.) with each coat minimum 50 microns DFT by AIRLESS SPRAY application. Stripe coat to be applied prior to spray painting on all welds (Primer& MIO), locations of exposed steel surface (Primer). Min 20% paint wastage will be considered in all paint irrespective of DFT as per paint data sheet. Overcoating interval to be interspersed with water washing after each coat wherever and whenever required.

Radium sticker background :- Reflective radium sticker printing (background sticker ) and apply including pasting and fixing with supply of all manpower , equipments , tools, tackles , consumables, as per EIC/ Site Engineer to complete work in all respects.

Radium Sticker lettering :- Reflective radium sticker letter printingand apply in backgroundstickering including pastingand fixing with supply of all manpower , equipments , tools, tackles , consumables , non-c.onsumablesscaffolding ,as per instruction from EIC/ Site Engineer to complete work in all respects.

Surface preparation using hand tool cleaning using non sparking toolsand solvent cleaning including removal of oil, grease and othercontaminants removal of loose or defective paint, loose mill scale, loose rust, weld flux and slag from the metallic surfaces, by handchipping, scrapping, hand brushing, using chipping hammers, hand scrappers/ chisels, coire brushes, sand paper, steel wools etc. and final cleaning with high pressure (@ 10000 psi and more), low TDS softwater jet and drying with compressed air , with clean brushes/ rags,providing all labours, tools & tackles, arrangement for working at heights to complete the work in all respect as per the specifications,and directions of EIC / Site Engineer. The Prepared surfaceshall conform to ST. 2. Holes and pits during the course of surface preparation on the roof must be plugged by owner supplied metal putty to mould the pits in perfect match with the flat surface of top deck plates prior to application of primer strip coat .The fine nylon wire mesh shall beprovidedby contractor for plugging holes with metal putty.
