A) DAILY MAINTENANCEa) Charges for Daily walk down to 415V switchgears, incomers and bus coupler panels.

The labourers will complete the work of cleaning of 30LT modules of size LT modules size :1/3, 1/5, 1/6, 2/6, 1/7, 2/7, 1/8, 2/8, 1/9, 2/9, 3/9, 1/10, 2/10, 3/10 and checking tightness of all components and terminals, lubrication and racking in, in the concerned racks in ESP/AHP/AC plant allied area LT Switchgear on bi-monthly basis. ( Total modules = 605 x 3 = 1815)

B)DAILY MAINTENANCECharges for Daily general walk down monitoring of the LT motors.

WEEKLY MAINTENANCELT Motors: External cleaning of LT motors above 7.5KW. (73 motors x 26 weeks = 1898)

D)QUARTERLY MAINTENANCECharges for Regular maintenance of LT motors 11KW/15HP rating and below at various location in different elevations (Once in three months) (73 motos x 2 times = 146)

E)SPLIT AC\"S: DAILY MAINTENANCEa) Replacement/Repairing of burnt/failed MCB

b) Attending circuit fault in the Split AC receptacles at various Location/elevation with required T&Ps (Total 67 Nos)
